Caryn practices Hatha Yoga, a pathway that emphasizes balance of the mind, body, and spirit. All of her classes incorporate connection to breath, body-positive movement, and relaxation to give one a full-circle experience from which they will leave feeling centered and peaceful. Caryn welcomes anyone regardless of experience, perceived fitness level, age, gender, or otherwise in her class as she provides an affirming and inclusive space for all bodies. She firmly believes that every body is a yoga body, including yours!
